Went to a Halloween party, last night, that was lots of fun. Drank a little much, perhaps, but I feel okay today. I don’t, however, feel like studying – which is what I must do. 🙁
Oh yeah, here’s the fruit of my efforts from my animation class’ second assignment: mud.mp4 (40KB) Now, if this were taken literally, this could be considered a raisin for tremendous efforts. 🙁 I’m just glad I actually got something rendered, this time. For the first assignment, I never even got that far. This course has way too much math stuff I don’t understand. Pretty interesting, though. I just hope I pass.

heh. fixed.
Gosh, I should’ve expected the length of the mp4 when I saw “40Kb”. I even played it for 20 times just so it seemed longer. And then I pondered… Maybe it could’ve been a little more interesting if you made it a little brown-er, and started off with a log shape, and named the whole thing sh!t… 😀
I don’t mean to mock anything. I know it must’ve taken a long time and all. Hm… but I really think you should’ve made it darker… heehee.
Okay, I should say that everyone else’s that I’ve seen looks a lot better. First of all, I only rendered 1/10 of the frames. There’s supposed to be 200 – this has 20. Rendering takes a long time, which I didn’t have; (kinda last-minute hand-in). Second, I’m pretty sure there’s a bug in my code somewhere, cuz my mud is more like … clay. Other people’s mud splashes, and looks pretty cool.
I’m a little sad that my mud is more like shit (good name, btw!), but I’m happy I got to render something and hand it in! 😀
this is way cooler than my graphics project.
it was coke cans sliding on badly rendered tracks. i don’t think i even bothered to keep that thing.
